The Viper model provides all the classic characteristics that have made foam dip gear so widely used in traditional martial arts circles. The knuckles and forearms are protected by 7/8" foam padding with a tough vinyl gripping station for the fingers. The thumb is separate with its own strap to ensure that the pad stays tight to the grip when in use. A thin vinyl strap also comes across the palm for additional fit. Elastic strap combined with hook and loop closure around the forearm.
